About Me

Beneath the surface

I’ve always been curious about how things grow– businesses, ideas, people, and soil. That curiosity has shaped everything I’ve done, from digital strategy and podcasting to mentoring and soil advocacy.

I grew up in an Italian-Australian family where food, family, and the veggie patch were at the centre of life. That backyard taught me my first lesson in systems thinking: when you look after the soil, everything else thrives.

Years later, I realised the same rule applies to people and business. When the foundations are healthy (the systems, the culture, the intent), everything built on top becomes stronger.

My mission is simple

To help people think regeneratively in business and in life.

I want to see 8 billion humans stay sharp, solve better problems, and reconnect with what makes growth sustainable: healthy soil, healthy systems, and healthy thinking.

Whether I’m helping a client simplify their tech stack or helping farmers understand the life beneath their feet, my focus is the same. Clarity, care, and long-term impact.

A fresh approach

I’m not into buzzwords or band-aid fixes. I like things that work. That means building systems that last, solving real problems, and making sure the people using them actually understand how and why they work.

The best results come from curiosity and collaboration, not ownership. I believe knowledge should be shared freely, not held back. That’s why I teach, mentor, and keep learning from others every chance I get.

Values-led, always

Regenerative thinking

Leave things better than you found them.

Solve the problem

Find the root cause, not the quick fix.

Integrity first

Do what’s right, not what’s easy.

Share the knowledge

What grows when shared, lasts.

Empower others

Real progress happens when everyone has the tools to make change.

How I’m wired

ENFJ

I’m a connector by nature. My ENFJ personality means I’m driven by people, purpose, and possibility. I love understanding what makes others tick, finding common ground, and helping them turn ideas into action. I lead with curiosity and empathy because when you truly understand someone’s challenges, you can help them create lasting solutions.

Kolbe-A 3-2-8-7

My Kolbe-A 3-2-8-7 strengths say I Simplify, Innovate, Adapt, and Protect, which sums me up pretty well. I like making things clearer, finding creative angles, pivoting when needed, and building strong foundations that actually hold up. Whether it’s a digital project or a community initiative, I’m at my best when I’m solving problems, connecting people, and helping good ideas grow.
